For Comment: an explanation

Various new and revised CARI guidelines are progressively added to the CARI website. Your feedback is invited on the draft version of guidelines. The relevant guidelines have a red 'For Comment' icon on the right of each guideline name. A closing date by which your comments need to be received is shown next to the icon.
